TRASLADO DE COMPETENCIA. Si el Tribunal Superior, al conocer la solicitud de cambio de radicación, estima conveniente que esta se haga a otro distrito, pasará la actuación a la Corte Suprema de Justicia para que decida. Negado el cambio por la Corte, podrá el Tribunal Superior disponer lo conveniente dentro del territorio de su competencia. CAPITULO VI COMPETENCIA POR RAZON DE LA CONEXIDAD
