FIJACION DEL SITIO PARA CONTINUAR EL JUZGAMIENTO. La Corte Suprema de Justicia o el Tribunal, al disponer el cambio de radicación, señalarán el lugar en donde debe continuar el juzgamiento. Cuando el cambio obedezca a razones de orden público, se obtendrá del Gobierno Nacional o Departamental, si fuere necesario, informe sobre los diferentes sitios donde sea conveniente la radicación.
