TRAMITE. La solicitud deber ser motivada y a ella se acompañarán las pruebas en que se funda. El Magistrado ponente tendrá tres (3) días para registrar el proyecto y la Sala decidir dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, por auto contra el cual no procede recurso alguno.
