SOLICITUD DE CAMBIO. El cambio de radicación podrá solicitarse por el Juez del conocimiento o por cualquiera de los sujetos procesales, en cualquier estado del juzgamiento, antes que se profiera fallo de segunda instancia, ante el funcionario que esté conociendo del proceso, quien enviar la solicitud, con sus anexos, a la corporación a la cual corresponda decidirlo.
