INVESTIGACION SIMULTANEA. Cuando se investiguen delitos conexos o cuando fuere necesario practicar pruebas simultáneamente, el Juez de Instrucción a quien le hubiere correspondido el proceso por reparto, podrá comisionar a otros Jueces de Instrucción, previa autorización del Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal de la sede de los comisionados.
