COMPETENCIA A PREVENCION. Cuando el hecho punible se haya realizado en varios sitios o en lugar incierto o en el extranjero, conocerá del respectivo proceso el Juez competente por la naturaleza del hecho del territorio en el cual primero se formule la denuncia o el que primero haya iniciado la investigación. Si se hubiere iniciado simultáneamente en varios sitios, será competente el Juez del lugar en el cual fuere aprehendido el procesado y si fueren varios los capturados el del lugar en que se llevó a cabo la primera aprehensión. Lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior se aplicará cuando se trate de delitos conexos. Las reglas enunciadas en el inciso primero se aplicarán cuando existan dudas sobre la delimitación territorial.
