COMPETENCIA DE LOS JUECES MUNICIPALES. Los Jueces Municipales conocen, en primera instancia

De los procesos por delitos contra el patrimonio económico cuya cuantía no exceda de veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.

De los procesos por delitos cuya investigación requiera querella de parte.

De los procesos por delitos de lesiones personales.
