PRUEBA. Con la demanda o adición deberá presentarse prueba sumaria de la relación jurídica en la que se funda la pretensión contra los terceros civilmente responsables. Si no se presentare o no existiere en el proceso la prueba de que trata el inciso anterior, el juez inadmitirá la demanda en cuanto concierne a los terceros civilmente responsables.
