CANCELACION DE REGISTROS FALSOS. Demostrada la tipicidad del hecho punible que dio lugar a la obtención de títulos de propiedad sobre bienes muebles o inmuebles sujetos a registro, el juez que este conociendo del proceso ordenar inmediatamente la cancelación de los títulos espúreos y del registro correspondiente.
