PROHIBICION DE ENAJENAR. El autor o participe de un hecho punible no podrá enajenar bienes sujetos a registro dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha de comisión del delito, a menos que esté garantizada la indemnización de perjuicios.
