DESEMBARGO EN CASO DE EXCESO. En cualquier estado del proceso podrá solicitarse desembargo parcial de bienes por exceso en el embargo. En tal caso, la solicitud permanecerá en la Secretaría a disposición de las partes por dos (2) días, y el juez decidirá dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes. La resolución de desembargo se cumplirá una vez ejecutoriada.
