DECISION SOBRE LA DEMANDA. Dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a aquél en que se presente el escrito de demanda, el funcionario que conoce del proceso dictará auto interlocutorio en que admita o rechace la solicitud de constitución de parte civil. El auto que resuelve sobre la demanda de parte civil será apelable en el efecto devolutivo.
