TITULARES DE LA ACCION CIVIL. La acción civil para el resarcimiento del daño causado por el delito, podrá ejercerse en el proceso penal por las personas naturales o jurídicas perjudicadas o por los herederos de aquéllas, o por el Ministerio Público. Si el titular de la acción indemnizatoria no tuviere la libre administración de sus bienes, se constituirá parte en la forma prescrita en la ley civil para la comparecencia en juicio de los incapaces.
