CESACION DE PROCEDIMIENTO. Salvo lo previsto en el artículo 503, en cualquier momento del proceso en que aparezca plenamente comprobado que el hecho imputado no ha existido, o que el procesado no lo ha cometido, o que la conducta es atípica, o que esté plenamente demostrada una causal excluyente de antijuridicidad o de culpabilidad, o que el proceso no podía iniciarse o no puede proseguirse, el Juez, mediante auto interlocutorio así lo declarará.
