REQUISITOS DE LA DENUNCIA. La denuncia se hará bajo juramento y contendrá una relación detallada de los hechos que conozca el denunciante. Podrá hacerse verbalmente o por escrito, dejando constancia del día y la hora de su presentación. El denunciante deberá manifestar, si le consta, que los mismos hechos han sido puestos en conocimiento de otro juez.
