UNIDAD DE PROCESO. Salvo los casos de conexidad y las excepciones constitucionales y legales, por cada hecho punible se hará un solo proceso, cualquiera que sea el número de autores o partícipes. Sin embargo, la ruptura de la unidad procesal no genera nulidad, siempre que no afecte el derecho de defensa.
