º El término para contestar la oferta será de cinco días contados a partir de su comunicación personal o la desfijación del aviso en la Alcaldía. Si se aceptare, deberá suscribirse el contrato de compraventa, dentro de los 30 días siguientes e inscribirse la escritura en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos respectiva. El precio de adquisición y la forma de pago se acordarán libremente por la entidad pública y el propietario, así como las demás condiciones de la enajenación.
