º Las tierras baldías a que se refiere el artículo anterior sólo podrán reservarse en favor de las entidades de derecho público cuyo objeto esté directamente relacionado con las actividades de exploración y explotación petrolera o minera. Dichos terrenos podrán entregarse en comodato o arriendo a las entidades mencionadas.
