Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica el numeral 2º del artículo 16 del Decreto 3486 de 1981, y deroga el inciso 2º del artículo 14 del Decreto 180 de 1981, Decreto 7935 de 1976, Decreto 1816 de 1978, Decreto 1783 de 1985, Decreto 3694 de 1986, Decreto 25 de 1986, Resolución 2134 de 1987, y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
