Cuando las Secretarías de Educación de las entidades territoriales, las Oficinas Seccionales de Escalafón, los Centros Experimentales Piloto y los Fondos Educativos Regionales, emitan actos administrativos, deberán enviar copia de éstos a las instancias y en los términos establecidos en los reglamentos del sistema de información educativa.
