Los Institutos Docente Nacionales y Nacionalizados de que trata el presente Decreto, serán incorporados al núcleo de desarrollo educativo dentro del cual se encuentra ubicado geográficamente o del esquema de administración local que desarrolla la entidad territorial, previa aprobación por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
