En cada Centro Experimental Piloto se creará un Comité Administrador de la cuenta denominada Fondos Especiales para Compra y Venta de Servicios, integrada por

1.

Director del Centro Experimental Piloto, quien lo presidirá.

2.

El pagador del Centro Experimental Piloto, o quien haga sus veces.

3.

Un representante de los funcionarios del Centro Experimental Piloto, que será designado por votación que corresponda a la mitad más uno, dentro del personal de planta del centro.

4.

El Delegado del Ministerio de Educación Nacional ante el Fondo Educativo Regional o su representante.
