Cada Centro Experimental Piloto, deberá abrir una cuenta corriente en banco oficial, denominados Fondos Especiales para Compra y Venta de Servicios, en donde se consignarán directamente los dineros que ingresen por este concepto, contra la cual se girará con la firma del Director y Pagador del Centro Experimental Piloto, o quien haga sus veces, cumpliendo con las normas de la Contraloría General de la República.
