º Los Centros Experimentales Piloto que funcionan en los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Distrito Especial de Bogotá, se reestructurarán de acuerdo con las normas que se establecen en el presente Decreto y en los convenios que suscriba el Gobierno Nacional con las entidades territoriales y dependerán de la División de Investigación, prueba curricular y Coordinación de Centros Experimentales Piloto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
