º Los funcionarios de las Oficinas Seccionales de Escalafón, serán seleccionados por las Juntas Administradoras de los Fondos Educativos Regionales, y nombrados por el Jefe de la entidad territorial. Acto que será refrendado por el Delegado del Ministerio de Educación ante el Fondo Educativo Regional respectivo. Se exceptúa el nombramiento del Jefe de la Oficina Seccional de Escalafón.
