º Tratándose de los delitos de competencia de los jueces regionales y del Tribunal Nacional, cuando en el sitio donde se cometa un hecho punible no exista fiscal que avoque inmediatamente la investigación, lo hará el Juez Penal o Promiscuo Municipal del lugar, quien deberá remitir inmediatamente a la Unidad de Fiscalía competente el aviso de iniciación.
