La suspensión o limitación del servicio de regadío en los casos previstos en el artículo anterior, o la negativa del propietario, cultivador o poseedor a utilizarlo no lo examine ningún caso de la obligación de pagar el impuesto por valorización correspondiente. Toda vez que se trata de un gravamen real que recae directamente sobre los bienes raíces.
