º. El Gobierno o el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, castigaran con mulatas sucesivas de $ 50.00 a $ 500.00 a los que infrinjas las condiciones impuestas en los respectivos reglamentos o concesiones, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este decreto. Podrá, igualmente, podrá ordenase la suspensión o disminución del servicio de irrigación para el infractor, en los casos en que tales medidas sean conducentes para lograr el cumplimiento de dichos reglamentos.
