º. La explotación de las tierras que se benefician con obras de irrigación desecación en las cuales hay invertido capital la Nación, queda sometida a las condiciones especiales que el Gobierno determina en el respectivo reglamento o concesión de aguas, con el fin de lograr la conveniente utilización de las mismas, la económica explotación de los predios, el incremento efectivo de la producción agrícola y , en general, el cumplimiento de los fines de convivencia social y utilidad pública que el Gobierno haya tenido en cuenta al construirlas.
