º. En cuanto a las indemnizaciones por daños causados en propiedades particulares, por causa o con ocasión de los trabajos públicos de que trata este decreto, se indemnizarán previo convenio con los damnificados y si éste no pudiese llevarse a efecto queda salvo su derecho para intentar las acciones legales correspondientes.
