º. En los casos en que los arreglos entre la Caja y los propietarios interesados no fueran posibles, el Gobierno, previa solicitud de la Caja, dictará las resoluciones sobre expropiación de las zonas respectivas, de acuerdo con lo previsto de la ley 119 de 1890, en virtud de carácter de utilidad pública que la ley da a estas obras. A la Caja corresponderá luego, adelantar, a nombre del Gobierno el procedimiento judicial de rigor.
