Las personas que estén privadas de la libertad por los delitos a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto y que resulten beneficiadas con la declaración de extinción de la pena o de la acción penal, deberán ser puestas en libertad en forma inmediata, una vez proferida la providencia.
