Todos los procesos e indagaciones preliminares que cursen en contra de las personas a las cuales se aplica el presente Decreto, se suspenderán a partir del momento en que el Ministerio de Justicia reciba las listas a que se refiere el artículo 3º. Como consecuencia de lo previsto en éste artículo, también se suspenderá la ejecución de las ordenes de captura vigentes, hasta tanto se decida sobre la solicitud. El Ministerio de Justicia informará de tal hecho a las autoridades encargadas de hacerlas efectivas.
