º. Modifícase el inciso 2º del artículo 6º. Del Decreto 1684 de 1991, el cual quedará así: "El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República podrá delegar en cualquier funcionario del Departamento la realización de todos los actos inherentes a los procesos de contratación y a la liquidación de los contratos".
