ARTICULO 51 . De las causales de retiro de la carrera administrativa especial. El retiro de la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia de Cambios se produce por una cualquiera de las siguientes causales

Supresión o fusión del cargo;

Por aceptación de un nombramiento ordinario o provisional, y

Por cualquier otra causal de retiro del servicio contemplada en las disposiciones legales. TITULO V. DE LOS DEBERES, DERECHOS, PROHIBICIONES Y REGIMEN ADMINISTRATIVO DISCIPLINARIO DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE CAMBIOS
