ARTICULO 50 . De los términos para emitir concepto y para decidir definitivamente. La Comisión de Personal tendrá un plazo de diez (10) días hábiles para rendir su concepto, contados a partir del momento en que se le comunique la existencia de alguna de las causales que contemplan los artículos 47 y 48 de este estatuto. El Superintendente de Cambios dispondrá de un plazo de quince (15) días hábiles para resolver definitivamente, los cuales se contarán a partir del día siguiente a aquel en el cual la Comisión de Personal le comunique su concepto.
