ARTICULO 35. Del periodo de prueba . La persona seleccionada mediante concurso para ocupar un cargo de carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia de Cambios será nombrada en período de prueba, el cual tendrá un término de seis (6) meses. Durante este período será evaluada mensualmente, para apreciar la adaptación y sus condiciones personales y de idoneidad en el desempeño de las funciones propias del cargo.
