ARTICULO 27 . De la inhabilidad para concursar. El funcionario de la Superintendencia de Cambios que durante el año anterior a la fecha del concurso haya obtenido una calificación de servicios deficiente o sanción disciplinaria no podrá participar en concurso alguno dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de la calificación deficiente o de la sanción.
