ARTICULO 24 . De la responsabilidad de la realización de los concursos. La sección de Personal de la Superintendencia de Cambios será responsable de la realización de los concursos, de conformidad con las siguientes reglas

Todo concursante deberá haber superado el proceso de preselección;

Los concursantes deberán identificarse para evitar suplantaciones;

Se implantará un control estricto de pruebas, con el fin de evitar la pérdida y divulgación del material de examen, y

Las pruebas deberán tener instrucciones precisas para su diligenciamiento.
