ARTICULO 16 . Del objeto de la convocatoria. La convocatoria tiene por objeto invitar a todas las personas preseleccionadas que reúnan las calidades exigidas para el empleo por la Superintendencia de Cambios, para cada caso particular, a participar en los concursos para la provisión de cargos de carrera administrativa. La convocatoria será pública cuando se trate de concurso abierto.
