ARTICULO 7o. De los cargos de libre nombramiento y remoción . Son de libre nombramiento y remoción los siguientes cargos, los cuales no están sujetos a los procedimientos de selección y demás aspectos propios de la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia de Cambios

Superintendente

b)

Secretario General

c)

Superintendentes Delegados

d)

Asesores de los Despachos

e)

Jefes de Oficina

f)

Jefes de División

g)

Jefes de Sección

h)

Jefes de Grupo
