Para el efectivo cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, créase una comisión integrada por: - El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, quien la presidirá. - Un delegado del Ministro de Gobierno. - Un delegado del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público. - Un delegado del Procurador General de la Nación. - Un delegado de las organizaciones sindicales de empleados oficiales, designado de conformidad con el reglamento. Actuará como secretario el Director Técnico del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
