Cuando la incorporación implique cambio de sede, la persona incorporada tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago de los gastos que demande su transporte y el de su cónyuge o compañera o compañero permanente e hijos que de ella dependan, así como el de su menaje doméstico. Este pago estará a cargo de la nueva entidad empleadora.
