Son entidades obligadas a incorporar a los empleados a que se refiere el presente Decreto las siguientes: la entidad en la cual venía prestando sus servicios si no ha sido suprimida; la entidad a la cual se trasladaron las funciones; las entidades del sector administrativo al cual pertenecían la entidad o las funciones suprimidas; los demás organismos de la administración pública.
