Los trabajadores oficiales cuyo contrato de trabajo se haya terminado, con ocasión de la supresión o el traslado de funciones, tendrán derecho a ser incorporados mediante contrato de trabajo o por nombramiento, de conformidad con las normas que rijan a la entidad a la cual aquellos se incorporen. Los trabajadores oficiales tendrán derecho a optar, entre aceptar la nueva vinculación o percibir la indemnización que les sea aplicable, de conformidad con las disposiciones pertinentes.
