Dentro del orden de preferencia a que se refiere el artículo anterior, los empleados vinculados a la carrera administrativa, tendrán derecho a ser incorporados a cargos equivalentes o afines, en armonía con lo dispuesto en los Decretos 2400 de 1968, 1950 de 1973 y demás normas concordantes. Los empleados oficiales no vinculados a ella tendrán derecho a ser incorporados en cargos equivalentes.
