En caso de que la Oficina de Planeación formule observaciones, el Alcalde dispondrá de tres (3) días hábiles a partir de la fecha de su recibo, para realizar las correcciones en ellas indicadas. Si el Alcalde no encuentra validas las observaciones de la Oficina de Planeación, dentro del mismo término, podrá insistir ante ella, exponiendo las razones en que basa su insistencia.
