La Junta Directiva del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" determinará la nueva estructura orgánica interna y la planta de personal necesarias para el cabal cumplimiento de las funciones que se le asignan en este Decreto. Esas determinaciones deberán ser aprobadas por el Gobierno Nacional.
