Dentro de los ciento ochenta (180) días siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, las Juntas Directivas de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales, por iniciativa del correspondiente Director, adecuarán sus estatutos a las normas del presente Decreto y los someterán a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo constituirá causal de mala conducta para los miembros de las respectivas Juntas Directivas y para los Directores, respecto de lo que a ellos compete.
