Suprímese la Dirección General del Fondo de Desarrollo Rural Integrado creada dentro del Ministerio de Agricultura por el artículo 2º de la Ley 47 de 1985. La planta de personal de la Dirección General del Fondo de Desarrollo Rural Integrado, Fondo DRI, vinculada a la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto al Ministerio de Agricultura, queda trasladada al Fondo DRI como establecimiento público.
